Hello and welcome!
Thanks for stopping to visit again if you are here for a revisit, and welcome to first time visitors.  I hope this is the first of many visits as we chat, visit and get to know each other. My goal is that you can find everything you need.  If I don't have the answer you are looking for, call me, I'll get in touch with my local friends or somebody who does, and do my best to find the information for you. has been traveling and chatting about Panama now for about a year.  I am really excited because I have had the opportunity to meet new people around the world, comparing our families, our upbringings, languages, fashions, politics and histories and that is what travel is all about.  Our lives become much richer as we study new languages and learn about cultures outside of those that we have grown up with.  I have spoken with a number of you about Panama and I hope to continue to meet many more of you as many more continue to travel or even make a move to Panama. I have also decided that we are going to spread our wings and add a few side trips as they come along.  Be sure to watch for these additions.  We will definitely be hopping to a few totally different parts of our world.

We have stopped at several Provinces close to the Playa Blanca area that I call my second home and we have many more to cover.  We have briefly touched on the Panama Canal where there is so much history to uncover and Playa Farallon, where what once was the Palatial summer home of Noriega, is now bullet-ridden and dilapidated.  And, we are surrounded by many other beach cities that are built up along the coast as one drives from Panama City to Playa Blanca that certainly warrant investigation. And, of course, we need to spend more time in this city that has grown by leaps and bounds in the past ten years, likened by many to New York City.

Throughout history, we have seen that as the economy of a Third World Country grows and people from other countries move into this growing country, the crime rate also grows.  Panama is a beautiful country.  The people of Panama are friendly and welcoming.  I hope that as this economy grows and Third World becomes a thriving economy, that perhaps history will rewrite itself.
With an extensive variety of destinations to discuss and an assortment of topics to choose from, I am sure we will learn a lot from each other while we enjoy talking about our travels.  Look around my web site and if you have any questions or comments, be sure to let me know.

I hope to see you again! Check back later for new updates to my site. There's much more to come!  Continued stops in Panama.  And, surprise visits to other parts of the world as we get the urge to explore a little further.
